The Discipleship through Youth Mentorship Training intervention provides specialized training to mentors of youth, so they can effectively disciple their mentee(s). It is necessary that Frontline Church Partners implement the Youth Mentorship Training intervention before implementing this intervention. The Youth Mentorship Training intervention provides guidance to establish an effective youth mentorship program. Once the youth mentorship program has been established, Frontline Church Partners may implement the Discipleship through Youth Mentorship Training for those mentorships which will focus specifically on mentee discipleship. The Discipleship through Youth Mentorship Training for mentors should be implemented immediately after mentors have received the pre-match training that is part of the Youth Mentorship Training intervention (Module 3).
