Mifuatano: My Plan for Tomorrow Toolkit

The My Plan for Tomorrow course, for students ages 13 through young adult, is an annual curriculum that includes a Personal Workbook for students, Lesson Plans and Teacher instructions designed to to open the eyes and hearts of youth living in extreme poverty to the truth that God has “a hope and a future” planned for them. Lessons cover the topics: God’s Word about our future, finding hope, role-models for setting goals, annual evaluations and goal-setting instructions for the areas of spiritual, physical, socio-emotional and cognitive development. The Toolkit includes 4 interactive Large Group Lessons, 5 Small Group Lessons, One-on-One mentoring sessions, Teacher/Mentor training and multiple options for the course format. Each Lesson Plan contains length, objectives, preparation, teaching tips, discussion questions and detailed instructions for the activities. The Personal Workbook contains step-by-step goal-setting worksheets, self-evaluation forms and planning charts.
