Elisha Learns from Elijah

The lesson “Elisha Learns from Elijah” teaches children responsibility and trust, as well as the job of a prophet through the Bible story of Elisha and Elijah. Each child will be able to describe the job of a prophet, how God to Elijah to heaven, and also state at least one amazing thing Elisha did. The lesson includes guided instructions for the teacher, including preparation, a script, and suggested activities to facilitate further learning in a fun and interactive manner. This lesson is designed for children between 6-8 years, and is the 30th lesson in the 1st Year Core Curriculum Set and part of the “God is With Us” unit.
