This intervention equips National Offices and Frontline Church Partners (FCPs) to design, plan, distribute and monitor unconditional cash transfers to registered participants and other identified vulnerable members in the community in times of disaster. Guidelines are based on humanitarian standards and principles for aid distribution in times of disaster.
