The lesson “New Heaven and Earth” discusses how the earth was once ruined by sin, but how the death of Jesus has renewed life and restored the unity between God and His creation. The children will pray and thank God together for His restorative work. The lesson includes guided instructions for the teacher, including preparation, a script, and suggested activities to facilitate further learning in a fun and interactive manner. This lesson is designed for children between 9-11 years, and is the 26th lesson in the 2nd Year Core Curriculum Set and part of the “Why Did Jesus Have to Die for Me?” unit.
